PERSONAL SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any item you
purchased from Copenhagen, you may return it for a credit or full refund.
Just return it in new condition within seven days from date of purchase.
The only exceptions are fabric and leather protectors, delivery and labor
charges, special orders and mattresses which cannot be returned under
state law, and certain items specifically excluded.
 

LIMITED WARRANTY

Copenhagen guarantees all furniture against defects in construction for a
period of one year. When a structural defect is brought to our attention,
we will repair or replace it at our option at no charge to the customer for
parts and labor. There will be a charge for transportation.

GENERAL TERMS: To obtain service under this warranty, contact our
service department by mail or telephone. This warranty gives you
specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from
state to state.

GENERAL EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does not apply to merchandise
sold "as is". Defects caused by customer abuse or negligence are not
covered. Mattresses are covered by a limited, separate warranty. Fabric
wear-ability and color-fastness for upholstered furniture are not covered
by this warranty. The liability of seller for any defect in the affected
goods shall be limited to repairing or replacing the goods, whichever
seller shall elect. Seller's option to repair or replace is hereby expressly
agreed to be buyer's sole remedy. Under no circumstances shall seller be
liable for incidental or consequential damages for the breach of warranty
of merchantability or for any other reason.
