As an added service, our professional drivers can deliver your Copenhagen furniture directly to your home or office. There is a nominal charge within our regular delivery area which helps to offset some of the many costs involved: labor, gas, insurance, vehicle lease, maintenance, etc.

We are able to offer a low rate because we route our trucks the most direct and economical way. Thus, no request for morning or afternoon or other special delivery hours can be accepted, without incurring additional charges. If you require your delivery at a specific time of the day and/or a specific day, such arrangements must be made at the time your order is placed.

You may call us one day prior to your scheduled delivery for an approximate delivery time. At that time, we can give you a projected three hour span which will fall somewhere between 7 AM and 5 PM.

Cancellations or postponement must be made three weekdays prior to the scheduled delivery date to avoid a charge. There may be a surcharge for excessive elevator, stairway, and hallway travel, if the delivery site is not truck-accessible, is rural or if more time is required than for normal deliveries. There will be a full delivery charge if no one is available to take receipt of a delivery.

We can also arrange to ship your order outside our regular delivery area. In fact, we ship all over the United States and throughout the Pacific Basin. There is a nominal charge for packing, when applicable.
