Even though we have the largest selection of Scandinavian furniture this side of Denmark, there are instances where we do not have the specific style, finish or color a customer wants. When this occurs, we will gladly "special order" that item.

We require a non-refundable 33% deposit on such orders, since they are ordered specifically for one person.

At the time you place the order, we will give you an estimated delivery or pickup date. We will notify you as soon as the item is available, which is typically prior to the designated date.

In the event we do not have the item by the designated date, we will advise you and offer you an immediate, 100% refund.

Please be aware that since most of the goods we sell are made from natural products, there will be a color, dye lot, and grain difference between what is on display or our samples, and a new item.
